TIALN is a coating that is in the upper 80rc range. TIALN is a high performance coating well suited for machining cast iron, aluminum alloys,tool steels and nickel alloys. TIALN is a durable coating and is excellent for interrupted and high temperature cutting. Thickness is between 2-4 microns. Thermal stability up to 750 deg. F
