The X-Chip filtering machine performs great in removing underwater chips, sludge and fine chips floating on coolant surfaces. This machine has a compact design that is easy to move, use, clean and maintain. Great Sump cleaner and sump filtering machine.
Step 1:
Removes cutting chips and condensed sludge from the bottom of the coolant tank, and returns filtered coolant back into the tank. The returned coolant passes through the air bubble discharge unit and generates fine air bubbles. These the air bubbles combine the contaminants and bring them to the surface of the coolant.

Step 2:
Removes contaminants such as fine chips and sludge floating on the surface of coolant through chip skimmer unit, and returns filtered coolant into the tank.
