  • These collets are great for machines that do not have rigid tapping
  • Collet has an internal spring to compensate for any feed errors while tapping
  • These tapping collets only extend via internal spring. They do not compress
  • Because these collets do not compress always feed min 20% slower than actual calculated feed
  • Set screws in back of collet grip on to the square of the tap shank
  • Collet can extend .400 Inches of travel
  • Set screws need a 3mm Allen key (not included)
  • Works in all ER32 Collet Chucks
