- Works in all ER25 Collet Chucks
- These Collet Chuck reducers allow you to gain more spindle nose clearance on live tool lathes, as well as adapt large collet systems to smaller collet systems while maintaining low tool runout
- Most commonly used on live tool lathes. Can also be used on mills for extra tool stickout on deep parts
- Made from hardened alloy steel
- All critical collet surfaces are precision ground for accurate fit
- Gage length is 1.5 Inches
- Concentricity is less than .0002 at collet face
- Coolant thru capability
- Collet nut is included
- Mini Collet Nut is slimmer than standard collet nut
- ER11 mini nut has id thread of 13mm X .75 pitch. Outside diameter is .630 inches (16mm)
