- Keyless slitting saw holder, for saws with .500" arbor hole
- Works on all MCS12 master tool holders
- Also works with MST CS12 systems and Techniks SFS12
- All critical tool holder surfaces precision ground
- Made from hardened alloy steel
- Gage length is 2.5 inches
- Concentricity is less than .0001 at arbor hole
- Gage length of this collet must be added to gage length of master tool holder for final gage length of your assembly
- End of saw holder has small holes or grooves, this is for optionally applying loc tite to secure saw to holder. Cap must still be used and torqued
- Screw for cap is 1/4-28 X 1-1/4 long
- Saw cap is 1/4 thick and .4999 diameter boss is .700 long
- Nose dia and saw cap is .875 Inches diameter
- Rear thread for M10 x 1.5 drawbolt (included with master tool holder)
- Coolant thru capable, collet and drawbolt have a hole thru
