ER32 to Slitting Saw Arbor Reducer, for saws with 10mm (.3937) arbor hole
Works in all ER32 Collet Chucks
These Collet Chuck reducers allow you to gain more spindle nose clearance on live tool lathes
Most commonly used on live tool lathes. Can also be used on mills for extra tool stickout on deep parts
Made from hardened alloy steel
All critical collet surfaces are precision ground for accurate fit
Gage length is 2.0 Inches
Concentricity is less than .0002
End of saw holder has small holes or grooves, this is for optionally applying loc tite to secure saw to holder. Cap must still be used and torqued
Screw for cap is 1/4-28 X 1-1/4 long
Saw cap is .140 thick and .393 diameter boss is .320 long
Nose dia and saw cap is .700 Inches diameter
